For each litter, we create a support WhatsApp group with all new owners. This ensures you lifetime access to our expertise for all your challenges. We have an answer to every question or know where to get an answer.

Therapy/Family dog.
There are a lot of similarities between therapy dogs and companion/family dogs.
Of course, there are also many differences.
What is certain is that his cheerful nature is contagious for young and old and puts a smile on everyone's face.
A therapy dog is specially selected by us through a so-called "puppy test", when the puppies are 6.5 weeks old.
Here, we look specifically at the character traits needed for the kind of "work" the dog is going to do.

Allergic to dogs?
And is it still your big dream to be owner of a sweet life companion? Not to worry!
You have more than a 90% chance of not being allergic to an Australian Cobberdog.
There are several options to test if this applies to you.
Do you live close by?
Then make a cuddle appointment and drop by.
Do you live (too) far away?
For a small fee, we will send you a "worn by one of our dogs" T-shirt and a bag of hairs to sniff. Then you'll soon know that you don't have to drive far for nothing. (To be ordered via e-mail)

We, Petra Philipsen (60) and Anke van der Heijden (28), are mother-in-law and daughter-in-law and are together the proud owners of Warrigal's Australian Cobberdogs.
​
Together we breed this beautiful breed, each with our own dogs in our own home, so together but still apart!
We are very proud that we were able to join the Australian Cobberdog Society (ACS nr: 240017)
Together with this "club" of professional and ethical breeders, we are well on our way to worldwide recognition.
